Material:JIS-AC7A Process: Aluminum gravity casting

Aluminum Casting by gravity casting( permanent mold or chill cast) process. OEM is accepted.

Material: JIS-AC7A. Product weight: From 0.01 to 28 kg/pcs. Gravity casting for over 10 years. Software for drawing: UG, Pro/E, CAD, PDF and ProCAST cavity filling software simulation . Further machining process: CNC machining, CNC lathe. Surface finish process: Polishing, sand blasting, chromate plating, anodizing and PVD. OEM/ODM parts range: High-voltage electrical components, automotive parts and other industrial uses Processes: Each casting machine has a standby furnace for holding melt alloy. The alloy is obtained from ingots that are procured from certified refineries. We melt the raw material according the qualified production process. In the Quality Control laboratory the different product undergo radioscopic checks and the dimensions are inspected on CMM to ensure optimum quality. Qualified operator submits each casting product to deburring. After the product has been cleaned, they’ll be fully inspected before delivery. Made according to customer's drawing, specifications and/or sample. Products shown on the website are OEM/ODM produced. Casting capacity: 20 to 50 tons/ month.
